Maintenance to NetSTATS platform

The NetSTATS traffic monitoring platform is undergoing unplanned maintenance to resolve an issue that was causing the service to become unreachable and monitoring to fail. The service is expected to be restored in full with 2 hours.

To significantly improve network performance, we will be carrying out further maintenance on the broadband infrastructure at the following time:

Friday 04-05-12 04:00-06:00

This may result in between 1 and 3 disconnections of service. These disconnections will cause users' routers to re-establish their PPP sessions immediately to other equipment. We do not anticipate any such disconnection lasting more than 5 minutes.

We are experiencing disruption to processing of new RADIUS logins for broadband connections on the BE/O2 network. We suspect this is due to a fault on the LAC handing off sessions from the BE/O2 network. We are currently working with O2 to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Some customers using our ADSL2+ broadband services have been experiencing packet loss at some times in recent days, especially on UDP traffic including VoIP. We will be carrying out further maintenance on the broadband infrastructure to resolve these issues at the following time:
